Most manufacturers will do a fast direct exchange if you have a defective product. You MUST do the exchange with manufacturer, not us. That is the manufacturers policy.

DO NOT under any circumstances return an order to us without first requesting and being issued a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) for tracking purposes. We will not be responsible for any merchandise returned without a RMA # on the container.
